Class Description
Take steps toward work that aligns with your values and skills while also meeting your needs, such as desired salary and benefits. In these three, 90-minute class sessions, you will begin to build your plan for the strong future you envision. We’ll address the process of change and the confidence to begin; explore the labor market and quality jobs, training, and education opportunities; talk about higher pay, better benefits, and negotiating wages; and discuss how to put your plans into action. Along the way, you’ll connect with other women who are also working toward a more fulfilling and rewarding career.
