Class Description

Join this workshop to explore local projected growth industries such as information technology, composite technology, and advanced manufacturing while identifying the skills, education, and/or training needed to build your career pathway. You will meet local employers and education providers; create an effective resume; learn the best techniques for marketing yourself; practice interviewing skills; and create a plan to achieve your career goals!  An orientation meeting with the facilitator is required prior to the first class session. 

This project is funded by a grant awarded to Coastal Counties Workforce, Inc. by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration under the H1-B Technical Skills Training Grants program.
