Since 1978, New Ventures Maine (NVME)-first as the Displaced Homemakers Program, then as Maine Centers for Women, Work, and Community-has provided support, guidance and tools to more than 40,000 individuals so they can secure a more promising future for themselves and their families. Your financial support will have an immediate and lasting impact so that we can continue to offer career, financial and small business development programs that help people meet the challenges they face in the Maine economy.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated and will help current and future program participants create better futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.
