The New Ventures Maine (NVME) mission is to help Maine people succeed in the changing economy and achieve economic security for themselves and their families.
Founded in 1978 as a displaced homemakers program through state legislation, the organization serves people in all 16 Maine counties. We empower Maine people to build careers, launch small businesses, and manage their money through free classes and individual coaching.
