Tom provides workforce and asset development training and coaching to individuals in work/life transition. His background includes various roles—advocate, program coordinator, community organizer, and teacher–supporting young and adult learners. Prior to joining NVME, Tom was associate professor and program director of the Human Services Program for Lakes Region Community College in Laconia, New Hampshire. Tom earned a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Springfield College and a master’s of Divinity degree from Bangor Theological Seminary. Tom was awarded the statewide Outstanding Community Dedication Award from Maine Association of Interdependent Neighborhoods (M.A.I.N.) in 2014. He enjoys photography.
