In Farmington, Wicked Gelato is selling bags of My Moms Coffee from Coffee by Design, along with a scrumptious gelato featuring the special blend. Other businesses helping out the campaign with incentives have included Bass Hill Gardens and Gifts, Law Mountain Wreaths ‘N’ Bakery, Memories by Melissa, and The Chocolate Shoppe, Etc.
Also part of the local effort: a Mother’s-Day raffle where prizes included a woman’s haircut at Snippers, two gift certificates from Calzolaio Pasta Co., a basket of handmade soaps from Second Hand Rose, a pound of chocolates from The Chocolate Shoppe, Etc. and a gift certificate from Baker’s Market. Still to come: a drawing for a six-piece Vera Bradley set donated by The Calico Patch (May 31).
