New Ventures Maine recently announced the winners of their statewide 2026 Marketing Mini-Grant Competition. Paradox Design Company is a $1,000 mini-grant winner in Westfield, Maine.

Paradox Design Company is a graphic design and illustration company focusing on creating logos, branding, and mascots for businesses that value outdoor lifestyles, sports, local heritage, and pushing the envelope.

The company’s mission is to create unique visual identities for brands who “Get Out There.”

“We will use these funds to increase our capacity to devote design time to our local businesses and to purchase various marketing materials, sponsored ads, and handouts,” said Co-Owner Ryan Scully. “We expect this initiative to increase our business roughly 30-50%.”

Funding for this Northern Maine mini-grant was provided by the Northern Maine Development Commission.
