New Ventures Maine recently announced the winners of the statewide 2026 Marketing Mini-Grant Competition. Rabbit’s Foot Farm is the Central Maine winner of a $1,000 mini-grant to boost marketing.
Rabbit’s Foot Farm is a luxury goat milk soap and herbal skincare company focused on improving skin. The company’s mission is to bring clean, calm, and luxury to one’s everyday routine.
“This marketing grant will help me transition from small, seasonal, craft fairs that require a lot of work and time, to more wholesale accounts,” said Owner Jamie Hasenfus-Smith. “This transition will result in a steadier workflow and income, leaving more time to reach new shops and create products.”
Funding will help to cover the cost of upgrading a website for wholesale accounts and tradeshow items, including signage, bag inserts, and posters for the New England Made Trade Show. All of these marketing tools will help to place the company’s products in front of 1,500 potential buyers.
The Central Maine mini-grant was funded by Kennebec Savings Bank.
